Ruth Nyambura Nominated for Best Perfomance In A Comedy

In just three years since her comedy debut, Ruth has taken her place in the comedy scene by storm with her recent kalasha nomination for Best Performance in a TV comedy for her breakout performance on Comedy Riot, a standup comedy show produced by D&R TV and Stand-up Collective for Showmax Kenya. This nomination does not come as a surprise as Ruthy, as she likes to refer to herself is one of the fastest rising comics in the Nairobi comedy scene with her hard hitting punches and roasts that audiences do not see coming.

Ruthy has featured on many shows in Nairobi including Mammito & Girlfriends Show, Highly Debatable Show, Work Out Comedy Night, Saturday Night Comedy, Comedy In the wild and has toured in Mombasa, Nanyuki and Nakuru,  He was also a regular on Roast House which is streaming on Showmax.
