Comedy Stall Nairobi, the newest comedy outfit in town has announced a stand-up comedy show in Eldoret City on Sunday, 15th December.
Entitled Laughs From The Rift, the showcase will take place at the famous KVDA auditorium, located at the heart of the newest city in East Africa.
Four of Nairobi’s working comedians, namely Ezra Keros, Maina Munene, Nathan Rerei, and Kevin Mwalimu will be on the lineup.
According to Comedy Stall, the show is supposed to run from 1 p.m. till late.
Eldoret hasn’t particularly been a comedy hotspot in recent times hence it will be very interesting to see how the art form is received on the day.
The main purpose of the showcase however is to lay the groundwork for the establishment of a sustainable stand-up culture in the low-key city.
