Punchline Comedy Club Nairobi has announced the dates for the Distant Relatives Comedy Festival.
The Festival will kick off on the 4th of May at the Louis Leakey Auditorium and conclude on the 5th of May at the Two Grapes restaurant.
This will be the third edition of the annual comedy festival that brings comedians from all over the world for a themed two-night stand-up comedy extravaganza. The theme for this year’s Festival is Escape The Matrix.
On the starstudded lineup will be Tanzanian comedians Evans Bukuku and Dogo Pepe, South Africans KG Mokgadi and Chris Mapane, American Aminah Imani, and Kenyans KK, Oluoch Kariuki, Eric Lu-Savali and Ciru Mwangi.
Evans Bukuku will host both nights of the festival.
Tickets are being sold for Ksh. 2, 500 for a single night, and Ksh. 4, 000 for both nights via the Punchline Comedy Club website, www.punchlinecomedy.club or m-pesa till; 893334.
