Mammito Eunice was in Rwanda on Saturday 9th, where she performed at the Gen-Z comedy night.
Gen-Z, short for Generation-Z, is a comedy show in Kigali founded by Rwandese comedian, Merci to showcase stand-up comedians across Rwanda, and occasionally invites international comedians to grace their stage.
Apart from Mammito, Ugandan Anne Kansiime was also on the lineup, which also featured several Rwandese comedians, including Merci himself who served as host of the night.
Other Rwandese comedians on the lineup were Babu, Herve Kimenyi and Patrick Rusine.
Mammito has enjoyed great success in her stand-up career this year and would have relished the opportunity to perform in Kigali as she gets ready for her one-man show, Maandamano Baby, at the Jain Bhavan Auditorium in December. Mammito is aiming to sell out the 800-seater theatre.
Tickets for Maandamano Baby are on sale and can be purchased on hustlesasa.com
