Father-to-be, Jack Nanjero and his close-knit group of comedian friends will be taking to the stage on Friday 15th at the Nairobi Laugh Bar for a special showcase dubbed Jack Nanjero And The Pull-out Party.
The showcase is meant to pay tribute to his upcoming status as a dad and will feature a total of five comedians including Jack himself.
Emmanuel Kisiangani, recently from a South African trip, will be on hosting duties. George Waweru will also make an appearance. George and Emmanuel are both starring in the celebrity roast show, Hot Seat, that’s set to air on Showmax.
Nairobi Laugh Bar regular and fan-favorite Nathan Rerei will be on the lineup as well. The pull-out party will be completed by Qatari-born Gakonyo Gathimba.
Jack Nanjero, who began doing stand-up in 2021 and his long-time girlfriend are expecting their first child together, and the showcase, which will be more of a chill hangout really, will underline the importance of having a community of friends.
Tickets to Jack Nanjero And The Pull-out Party are on sale at Ksh. 1000 for advance tickets and Ksh. 1500 for gate tickets. They can be purchased from the Standup Collective website.
