Kenyan-born South Sudanese comedian, Akau Jambo who was scheduled to perform at the third edition of David Macharia And The People That Agreed To Do This Show on March 1st at the Nairobi Laugh Bar has pulled out of the show due to unforeseen circumstances.
His place will now be taken by comedian, puppeteer, and magician Darren Collins who will step in with a stand-up and a magic set.
The concept show which incorporates elements of music and stand-up will also feature comedian Alita Jack, musician Fadhilee Itulya, DJ Gatthoni, as well as David Macharia himself who will host the night.
Darren’s injection should be a welcome piece of news to ticket buyers as it adds a mix of diversity and experience to the showcase.
Darren has been performing comedy, magic and puppeteering since his days in Texas, where he hails from.
Tickets to David Macharia And The People That Agreed To Do This Show are available to purchase via the Standup Collective website.
