Bashir Halaiki To Star In New Showcase

Comedian, radio host, and podcaster Bashir Halaiki will be staging a stand-up comedy showcase on Saturday, 18th October, at the Dopamine section of the Nairobi Laugh Bar.

The news was first announced by Standup Collective on October 4.

Entitled Tarmacking, the showcase will see the Radio Generation host debut some new material as he gears up for the taping of his first-ever stand-up comedy special dubbed Halaiki that is set to take place on November 1 at Alliance Française.

“What’s up guys.. I’ll be doing some new material off my Comedy Special on Saturday @nairobilaughbar.” Bashir posted on Instagram on Tuesday, 14th October, below the show’s poster.

The funnyman, who has recently been starring on the second run of Roast House, a comedy roast series whose first season aired on Showmax, hasn’t yet revealed the full lineup for the showcase.

Advance tickets are available to purchase via the Standup Collective website.
