Comedy heavyweights Amandeep Jagde and David Macharia will join Adan Abdi in his Christmas Day show at Expresso Coffee House in Garissa town.
The news was confirmed by Abdi and David through their respective Instagram accounts.
The sometimes-comedy-duo of David and Amandeep has been a busy lot this month, with Garissa set to be their third out-of-town stop thus far.
David and Amandeep were in Mombasa on Friday 13th for their two-man act, Bubblegum (Slight Return) before performing in Voi the next day.
Abdi’s addition of the dynamic duo to the show is a testament to the good work relationship that they have developed over the years.
All three acts are having an excellent year comedy-wise. Abdi sold out his one-man show, Self-Aware-ish, in August and two back-to-back shows at the Nairobi Laugh Bar in October before embarking on a world tour that has already seen him perform in Cape Town and Nakuru.
David Macharia recently recorded his long-awaited comedy special, David Macharia Vs The Boy Child which was also the subject of an MTV documentary, while Amandeep has performed on more stages than any other comic this year on top of doing a three-city tour between June and August.
After Garissa, Abdi is expected to resume his Slippery world tour with a scheduled stop in Mombasa on Sunday 29th December.
