Comedian Doug Mutai will be conducting a live screening of his comedy special, Wine, on Friday, 17th October, at the Nairobi Laugh Bar.
The hour-long special, dubbed Wine: A Full-Bodied Comedy Special, was taped on March 15 at the Laugh Bar. It was Doug’s first full-length project.
“Just in case you did not have the privilege of witnessing Doug Mutai’s Special live this year, you have the opportunity to witness the magic live! Join us for the premiere at the Nairobi Laugh Bar!” Standup Collective said on Instagram.
A limited viewing party of Wine took place on Thursday, 18th September, and was attended by Doug’s close group of friends and associates.
Although yet to be disclosed, the 17th October viewing party will most likely be accompanied by a broader release of the project on one or more streaming platforms.
Entry is on a pay-what-you-can basis.
