The weekly Nairobi Laugh Bar Presents comedy showcase that takes place every Saturday at the Nairobi Laugh Bar will wrap up its account for the year on December 21 with veteran comedian Emmanuel Kisiangani starring on the night.
The announcement was made by Emmanuel himself while playing host for South Africa’s Vafa Naraghi on Wednesday 11th.
Nairobi Laugh Bar Presents has gained massive popularity, thanks to the diverse nature of both local and international comedians who have graced its lineups since its inception in January.
The most recent international act to headline the night was Ugandan Dr. Hilary Okello.
Emmanuel, who recently performed in Voi, will be pleased to add a feather to his comedic cap as he has been a busy man this year.
Other than putting together shows through his outfit Karura Comedy Club, the funnyman has also been closely involved with the production of Showmax’s celebrity roast show, The Hot Seat, a show in which he has served as the roastmaster for all the 9 episodes recorded so far.
He also hosts The Kisiangani Podcast alongside fellow Hot Seat star, Bashir Halaiki.
