Seasoned comics Amandeep Jagde and David Macharia are expected to perform their two-man act, Bubblegum, on Friday 13th December in Mombasa.
Entitled Bubblegum; Slight Return, the show will take place at Makaazi, a boutique hotel in Nyali situated along Mount Kenya Road.
Bubblegum is a creation of Amandeep and David through their respective comedy outfits; The Chuckle Cartel and Kenyan Comedy Co.
Amandeep and David first did the two-man act on February 16 at Unseen Theatre to a great reception.
The duo then co-headlined a night at the Nairobi Laugh Bar three months later on June 1st in what was called The Double Act, with Maina Murumba making a surprise appearance.
Apart from the two co-headliners, Bubblegum; Slight Return will also feature several guest performers who are yet to be announced.
It’s poised to be a laughter-filled weekend for comedy lovers in the greater coastal region as Karura Comedy Club also has a show lined up at Angolo Lounge in Voi on Saturday 14th.
