Seroney Bags First-Ever Gig At The Nairobi Laugh Bar

Singer-songwriter and comedian Seroney has bagged his first gig at the Nairobi Laugh Bar, barely a year since he broke into the stand-up comedy scene.

The crooner-cum-comic is scheduled to perform at the Laugh Bar on December 7 where he will be one of the openers for Brian Onjoro alongside Max Pain.

Seroney, a musical artist known for such hits as Shuga and Nishike began doing stand-up early this year and has since become a regular fixture in the Nairobi comedy circuit.

He featured in Punchline Comedy Club’s annual showcase, New Skool, in September where he was one of the stars of the night.

He also performed at Max Pain’s monthly showcase at Ayira’s Neuro Soul Cafe in the same month.

He has recently been making frequent appearances at the Laugh Bar’s Wednesday and Friday weekly shows.

As a musician, Seroney continues to release new music and tour.
