Veteran comedian and one of the pioneers of the English stand-up scene in Nairobi, Brian Onjoro will be making a sensational return to the comedy stage on Saturday, the 14th of September at the Nairobi Laugh Bar.
The founder of Nairobi Comedy Club will be headlining Nairobi Laugh Bar Presents, a weekly Saturday night stand-up show at the Laugh Bar.
The show dubbed, Pass The Mic, will see Onjoro team up with fellow veterans George Waweru, and Maina Murumba.
Brian has been performing stand-up from as early as 2015 and was the curator of such shows as Hunger Pangs, Friday Night Live and The Comedy Passport, through which he enjoyed tremendous success.
Brian, however, took a hiatus from stand-up in early 2022 and only came back to the scene in August of this year.
Pass The Mic will serve as a welcome-back token to the comedian as he looks to get back fully into the Nairobi stand-up comedy scene.
Tickets to the event are retailing at Ksh. 1000 for advance tickets and Ksh. 1200 for regular tickets and can be obtained on the standup collective website.
