South African Comedian and headliner of the Nairobi International Comedy Festival, 2024, Robby Collins is set to make a sensational return to Kenya for a two-night show at the Nairobi Laugh Bar.
The first show will happen on the night of 2nd August and the second show on the evening of the next day.
The two nights are part of his Come As You Are Stand Up Comedy Tour which will see him tour various cities across Africa including Nairobi on the 2nd and 3rd of August and Dar es Salaam on the 30th and 31st of the same month.
Robbie would be the second big-name International comedian to grace the stage of the Nairobi Laugh Bar in as many weeks, as UK-based Malawian-born comedian Daliso Chaponda recently made a stop at the Bar, performing in front of a sold-out crowd.
The return of the veteran entertainer who has opened for Trevor Noah in all his one-man shows as well as Dave Chapelle in his South African tour is a welcome win for the fledgling Nairobi Stand Up Comedy scene.
Opening for Robbie will be one of Kenya’s finest Mammito Eunice while Doug Mutai will be on hosting duties. Tickets to the event can be obtained on the standup collective website, standupcollective.co.ke.
